System Support Management gathers customer information to improve the content on our web site and to provide you with better customer service for marketing and promotional purposes. The information gathered will not be shared with any third parties. From time to time we may email you special offers or important information or updates relating to your past purchases. If you desire not to receive these offers or product information, please email us at contact@systemsupportmgt.net and request your name be removed from our list.
Return Policy
All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA number can only be issued through System Support Management, Inc. technical support department. Buyer must contact System Support Management Inc. by phone or e-mail to request RMA number before returning item. All returns must be shipped prepaid. RMA number will be issued by phone call or e-mail within 1 - 3 business days. RMA number is valid for a 15 days. If buyer does not return the item/s within 15 days, RMA number will be voided. Any RMA returned to us with a RMA number past the 15 days, item will be refused and return back to the sender’s address appear on the package. It is recommended that all returns be made via a traceable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or Certified Mail. All return for refund will be charged with 15% restocking fee.
System Support Management, Inc. is not responsible for items that are mishandled, lost or damaged during shipment. RMA numbers must be legibly listed on the outside of the package.
If an item's stated price is lower than its true price, we will contact you for instructions before shipping.

All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification. System Support Management, Inc. reserves the right to contact you by email or telephone to request additional identification. We may reject orders if the verification fails.
NOTE: It is a crime to use someone else's credit card without their permission. If you use a credit card fraudulently to pay for products, we will forward information to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
Warranty Information
System Support Management, Inc, having its principal place of business at 1630 Pleasant Hill Road Duluth, GA 30096
("Manufacturer") warrants its Computer systems, DVR Systems, Peripherals and Accessory products (the "Products") as follows:
1. Limited Warranty.
Manufacturer warrants that the Products sold hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) year from the date of purchase. If the Products do not conform to this Limited Warranty during the warranty period (as herein above specified), Buyer shall notify Manufacturer of the claimed defects and demonstrate to Manufacturer satisfaction that said defects are covered by this Warranty. If the defects are properly reported to Manufacturer within the warranty period, and the defects are of such type and nature as to be covered by this warranty, Manufacturer shall, at its own expense, furnish, replacement Products or, at Manufacturer's option, replacement parts for the defective Products.
2. Other Limits.
THE FOREGOING IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Manufacturer does not warrant against damages or defects arising out of improper or abnormal use of handling of the Products; against defects or damages arising from improper installation (where installation is by persons other than Manufacturer), against defects in products or components not manufactured by Manufacturer, or against damages resulting from such non-Manufacturer made products or components. Manufacturer passes on to Buyer the warranty it received (if any) from the maker thereof of such non-Manufacturer made products or components. This warranty also does not apply to Products upon which repairs have been effected or attempted by persons other than pursuant to written authorization by Manufacturer.
3. Exclusive Obligation.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE. It is the sole and exclusive obligation of Manufacturer shall be to repair or replace the defective Products in the manner and for the period provided above. Manufacturer shall not have any other obligation with respect to the Products or any part thereof, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. Under no circumstances, whether based on this Limited Warranty or otherwise, shall Manufacturer be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages.
4. Other Statements.
Manufacturer's employees or representatives' ORAL OR OTHER WRITTEN STATEMENTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES, shall not be relied upon by Buyer, and are not a part of the contract for sale or this warranty.
5. Entire Obligation.
Video Surveillance Equipment Warranty
This Limited Warranty states the entire obligation of Manufacturer with respect to the Products. If any part of this Limited Warranty is determined to be void or illegal, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
System Support Management, Inc., provides the following warranty new SSMVisions™ Systems.
12 Months Parts and Labor.
This warranty covers all parts and labor required to repair or service of any component of your new SSMVisions™ System. Covered under this warranty is any component failure.
System Support Management, Inc. agrees at its sole option to fix or replace any defective equipment component under the terms of this warranty. This warranty is not intended to replace insurance and because the system is operated and managed by the business, System Support Management, Inc. makes no representations on the systems effectiveness or ability to prevent losses, theft, or shrinkage.
Further, this warranty does not cover damage from vandalism, misuse, abuse, neglect or damage caused by power failure, fire or flood and other events of nature. This warranty shall become void if any component of the system has been modified, altered or changed in any way by any person other than an authorized technician of System Support Management, Inc.
The undersigned mutually agrees this warranty is offered by System Support Management, Inc., a New York City Corporation in accordance with the Laws of the State of New York, therefore any dispute arising from this agreement shall be the subject of matter jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of New York and it is specifically agreed that a venue shall be proper solely in Duluth, GA.
System Support Management warrants this product to be free of defects for a period of 1 year from the time of purchase. During the first 90 days, System Support Management will perform on-site repair or replacement if the equipment is determined to be defective (on-site service only applies to installations completed by System Support Management technicians). During the extended 9 month time period, if the equipment is suspected of being faulty, the original unit may be returned to System Support Management for repair or replacement. Before returning the equipment, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must first be requested from your System Support Management customer service representative. Please include a brief description of the problem and return the equipment to:

System Support Management will repair or replace any defective System Support Management equipment without cost during the warranty period. If the unit is found to be defective for any reason other than abuse, improper use or improper installation performed by an installation company other than an authorized System Support Management partner. If a replacement unit is required, it will be provided in the fastest manner consistent with the urgency of the situation.
This equipment is to be used for Digital Video Recording only. If this product is used as a personal computer the warranty becomes null and void.
This equipment should NOT be field repaired. Any attempt to repair or modify the equipment by anyone other than an authorized System Support Management representative will void the warranty. The DVR Case is shipped from the factory with a “Tamper Proof Seal” located on the rear of the unit. This seal will provide immediate indication of unauthorized entry.
